Dream Home Lending + Ribbon

Dream Home Lending has partnered with Ribbon to give our builders, real estate agents, and customers an advantage in this competitive market.

When financing a mortgage through Dream Home Lending, borrowers can have the power of cash behind them. Cash offers are three times more likely to be accepted, giving borrowers an edge over other homebuyers. When mortgages are financed using Dream Home Lending’s partnership with Ribbon, they are guaranteed to close on time once the inspection period ends.

Ribbon offers two programs that provide borrowers with a distinct advantage when making an offer:

Ribbon Boost – With the Ribbon Boost program, buyers can put in an offer with an all-cash contingency. Once accepted by the seller, deposits will be paid by the buyer, and a home inspection will be ordered. Next, once the home is under contract, the buyer will work with Dream Home Lending to secure financing. Finally, the buyer closes on their home! At this stage, Ribbon’s fee of 1% is paid by the buyer or seller depending on the terms of the transaction.

Ribbon Reserve – If the buyer is unable to obtain financing with Dream Home Lending, Ribbon will acquire the property on behalf of the buyer with an all-cash purchase. Ribbon will then charge the buyer prorated rent and, when the buyer is ready, Ribbon will sell the home back to the buyer.
