She is best known for her builder lending and partnerships and has revolutionized the builder/lender experience. Debra brings a wealth of business acumen and proven leadership expertise to her role. Debra’s end goal is to improve the lives of everyone the company touches and works to help those around her see what is possible and empowers them to make it happen.

Debra has been married to her husband Jason for almost 24 years. They have 3 kids: Brooke, a Junior at Texas A&M; Elle, a Freshman in HS; and Harrison, in 6th grade. Debra lives in Frisco, Texas and her family is her everything.
